* We provide a smoke-free environment for the health of our clients and staff. Please do not smoke.

* Credit card number, deposit or gift certificate number is required to book spa appointment.

* 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellation.

* 5% service charge for no shows without cancellation.

* If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment can be cancelled.

* Payment: We accept Cash, Visa, and Master card.

* We will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

* You must return your product within 7 days for exchange or store credit with proof of receipt.

* Please keep your children with you at all time, we will not be responsible if they are lost or injured themselves.

* For waxing, we will not be responsible for injury or damage to your skin caused by taking medication or applying medication on your skin. Please consult with your doctor before waxing.

* We are always open to suggestions. Please let us know how to serve you better.

* We reserve the right to refuse to service anyone.
